App icons.

ENCODING:

This icon is used to know which assets are and are not encrypted, as well as to encrypt them.

MODIFY:

By entering this icon, it gives us the option to change any data, be it assets, users, authorizations, etc.

MULTIPLE READING:

This icon is found at the time of counting, it is used to be able to carry out your inventory quickly.

DELETE:

This icon is used to delete the information on the progress of a count.

START READING/ SINGLE READING:

This icon is used to read a single tag or find a single asset at a time.

HISTORY:

In this icon we can find the activity of the asset, who modified it, the date, person in charge, location, status, etc.

HOME:

Clicking on this icon takes you to the main screen, where you can see a summary of the status of your assets.

STOP:

This icon is used to stop a multiple reading when the count is finished.

MASSIVE UPLOAD:

This icon directs us to the module where you can upload your assets and view the templates.

DELETE:

This icon is used to delete either assets, users, companies, etc. depending on the permissions of their role.

REPORTS:

This icon leads to the module where you can obtain reports on your assets.

MORE INFORMATION:

This icon gives us the option to obtain more information about the assets.

COUNT:

This icon leads to the module where you can carry out your inventories.

DELETE:

This icon can be found in reports, view, it is used to delete the templates that have been uploaded to the application.

SEARCH ASSET:

This icon gives us the option to search for a specific asset.

VIEW:

This icon is to be able to see which templates have been uploaded to the app, you can see the person who uploaded this file, the date it was uploaded, the assets and the locations.

CREATE:

This icon is used to create either assets, users, companies, roles, etc.

USERS:

This icon leads to the module for everything related to users, be it creating, modifying, deleting, etc.

UPLOAD IMAGE:

We can find it in users, assets, companies, this icon allows you to add an image if required.

MORE INFORMATION:

This icon is found in the reports module, when clicked it gives us more information about the assets that are there.

UPLOAD:

This icon shows us the option to load the template with the asset information.

TEMPLATE:

By clicking on this icon, you download a template in which the data of your assets goes.

COMPANIES:

This icon leads to the module for everything related to companies, be it creating, modifying, deleting, etc.

PRINT:

This icon is used to print the labels or tags of your assets.

ROLES:

This icon leads to the module for everything related to roles, be it creating, modifying, deleting, etc.

LOCATIONS:

This icon leads to the module for everything related to locations, be it creating, modifying, deleting, etc.

In the upper right part of the screen you will be able to access each of the modules that Henutsen has designed for the management of the organization’s assets.
From this menu, access reports and statistics, upload organizational assets or count assets, encode RFID tags for individual assets, and add, modify, or remove assets from inventory. These are just some of the options Henutsen offers for your organization.
