Asset Count Module.

When you have the inventory coded, you can proceed to make content with the assets in each of the different locations, instantly having information on missing assets in the location, as well as assets found that do not belong to this location.
To use this function we will use the Android device and the chainway reader, as on other occasions. On the mobile device, enter the Henutsen application, enter the username and password, click enter. Select the menu on the top right and tap on the count option.
Entering the asset count module, perform an inventory automatically and in a very short time by selecting the location to be inventoried, the total asset item shows how many assets should be in this location.
Count by location.
Having selected the area, touch the option to start counting, it is on this screen where you can select the different counting modes. Single tag reading or multiple tag reading, for this purpose you must have a reader configured, but if not, when you select the start count option, click the configure reader button. Make sure that your mobile device has the bluetooth connection active.
Make sure that the Chainway R6 reader is turned on, select the search for devices button and identify the reader by the brand and its Mac address, select the connect button. It will show the reader connection screen where it will indicate that it is connected to the Chainway reader, in addition to configuration parameters that will be explained in more detail in the detailed reader configuration section.
Slide the screen up and click the back button at the bottom. At this moment the reader is configured to count the RFID tags.
Now Henutsen is ready to perform asset count according to your requirements, to identify the information of a particular asset, use the read a tag option, but if what you need is to know the number of assets in the area, select the multiple read option.
Note: the more power the reader is configured for, the more reading distance it will have. Powers below 5 will be used for individual tag reading.
Start multiple counting, selecting the area you want to inventory, click multiple reading and direct the reader to where the assets marked with RFID tags are located, the reader will beep each time a tag is read and the progress will be displayed on the device screen of advance marking in green those that have already been read.
Click on the more information icon and you will see information on the progress of the search where indicated.
  • Total Assets: Shows the total number of assets the location should have.
  • Found Assets: indicates the total number of assets found in the location.
  • Missing Assets: Shows assets that were not found after location count.
  • Assets from another location: indicates if there are assets that do not correspond to the location.
  • Uncoded Assets: shows if there are any uncoded assets.
In addition, it will show the color convention as the assets will be marked on the screen according to their status.
Touch the back button to return to the count screen. Count by status and name categories using the different filters, also by touching the send report option you can send the information obtained from the count in real time.
Specific asset search.
This option is designed to search for a particular asset, in the different location of the company.
Find the count option in the top right menu or tap the count icon at the bottom right of the device screen and select the find active option.
The company asset list will be displayed on the screen regardless of the location, touch the asset you want to search and touch the icon on the right of the asset.
Remember that for this purpose you must have a reader configured, but if this is not the case when you select the option, the icon to the right of the asset to search, click on the button configure reader. Make sure that your mobile device has the bluetooth connection active.

Select the start reading option and direct the reader to the possible asset location options. When the asset is found, it will be displayed on the screen highlighted in green.
When you decide to stop reading, touch the stop button, the reader will stop beeping. Touch the blue dots next to the asset name for more detailed information.
